Early Investment in Corktown Pays Off for Us and the Community

We were fortunate enough to get out ahead of the Corktown, Detroit boom by a few years and we are the proud owners of some beautiful land that overlooks the historic Michigan Central Train Station...now being restored by Ford. It's always nice when an investment pays off that also helps to revitalize a once thriving community. We wish we could say it was prescience....but there's a lot of luck involved too!
