The Five-Second Rule

My 11-year-old son insists the five-second rule is how long a piece of food can remain on the floor and still be edible, but when it comes to positioning your company and products successfully, the five-second rule is this:

Can your target customer answer these (3) questions within five seconds of reviewing your marketing materials?

1. What do you offer?
2. How will it make my life better?
3. What do I need to do to engage or purchase?
