The tax benefits of investing in Griffin Capital’s QOZ Fund were about to change rather significantly in the new year…and it was already October.

We sprang into action and developed a highly compelling lead generation campaign promoting this complex financial offering in a matter of weeks. We were in-market by mid-November. Throughout the campaign, we emphasized educational content to ensure our prospects understood this intricate investment option, as well as the approaching change in tax benefits to ensure they knew they had to move quickly.

In this short time span, we handed over 500+ marketing-qualified leads representing over $148 million in potential business. In large part due to this campaign, the Fund filled and successfully closed prior to year-end.
