PKWARE came to us with a vital need for the future of the company. Having developed the .zip file in 1989, PKWARE was a pioneer in data, but knew their future would be tied to data protection at the enterprise platform level. To solve that challenge we developed a brand to reflect a new, clarified direction for the company, carrying it into the future to permeate product offerings, marketing strategy and customer experience.
Starting with a brand workshop as well as stakeholder and analyst interviews, we gathered perspective on the current state of the market and brand sentiment. After carefully crafting a bold Strategic Brief, we created a new company logo, positioning statement and tagline, and applied the revitalized brand to PKWARE’s key marketing assets to excite the market, invigorate lead/sale metrics and increase revenue from new customer acquisition and existing relationship expansion.
